Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Team Leader for The Beeches children0s home in the UK. You will lead shifts, supervise care staff, and support care planning to ensure safe, high-quality interactions for young people.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Residential Care, safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to trauma-informed, child-centered care. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare.
• Experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Residential Care (required).
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child-centred practice.
• A positive, resilient, and committed approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
