You will support the day‑to‑day running, lead shifts, and ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. The role offers a path into senior management and opportunities for professional development.

The position requires a Level 3 Diploma, at least 1 year of residential childcare experience, and a commitment to child‑centred practice. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare.
• Ofsted-regulated children’s home experience is required.
• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care is required.
• Strong safeguarding and child-centred practice.
