You should have a Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and a track record of strong leadership, staff development, and safeguarding expertise. The role offers a generous salary and bonus potential with flexible hours.

• Must hold Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
• Experience in children's residential care at Registered Manager level.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge, care planning and regulations.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.

• Commitment to safe, nurturing and child-centred care.
• Ability to lead service improvement and drive better outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the 4-bed EBD home.
• Lead the service improvement plan and regulatory outcomes.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, child-centred environment.
• Provide leadership, guidance and ongoing support to staff.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns managed.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments and record-keeping.
• Ensure home operates in line with legislation, policies and regs.
• Monitor care standards and implement improvements.
• Build relationships with children, families, social workers and professionals.
