Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed EBD children's home in Criggleston, WF4. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, care planning and regulatory compliance, while building a strong, child-centred team. Fully flexible hours and development opportunities are offered.

The role requires leadership experience in childrens residential care, Level 5 qualification or higher, and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are managed appropriately.
