Job summary

Dove Adolescent Services Limited in Doncaster is seeking a Children’s Home Registered Manager for a brand new 4-bed home. You will lead the care team and ensure high-quality care and compliance with policies, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

You will be accountable for day-to-day management, staff development, admissions decisions, budgets and external partnerships, working full-time in this permanent role at 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care team in children's services.
• Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Diploma level 5 or equivalent (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the 4-bed home and staff rota.
• Oversee admissions and discharges to the home.
• Maintain records, budgets and statutory reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and organisational policies.
