Job summary

Bluebird Care Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset is launching an exciting new service for children and young people. The Clinical Children’s Care Manager will help build and deliver a safe, child-centred service, working four days per week with a salary of £40,000.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and relevant experience supporting children or young people, plus driving access.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN required.
Experience supporting children or young people required.
Driver with access to a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the launch, development and safe operation of our new children’s service in Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset.
Complete comprehensive assessments and develop child-centred care plans, risk assessments and clinical support plans.
Work with children, families and professionals to reflect needs, routines and goals.
Provide clinical oversight of medication and staff competencies.
Promote safeguarding and supervise Care Professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Collaborate with schools, social workers and commissioners; assess referrals.
