Job summary

Caritas Recruitment is recruiting a Lead Child Protection Practitioner to join Warwickshire County Council's Children's Services team, based at the Warwickshire Justice Centre. The role involves co-working with Social Workers to safeguard children, lead on planning and intervention, contribute to strategy meetings, chair conferences, and provide practice leadership across frontline teams.

You will work with multi-agency professionals within a new operating model, with hybrid working arrangements

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Significant experience in Children's Safeguarding and Child Protection.
• Experience chairing meetings and conferences in a statutory setting.

Responsibilities

• Co-work complex child protection and safeguarding cases alongside Social Workers.

Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Child Protection Practitioner to join Warwickshire County Council's Children's Services team, based at the Warwickshire Justice Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Warwickshire's new operating model, working collaboratively alongside Social Workers to deliver high quality safeguarding and child protection services to children and families across the county.
