Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for a Brand new B&I location in Bedford. You will lead the catering team, manage day-to-day production and service, and work closely with the operations manager to deliver high standards of catering and hospitality.

You will be responsible for achieving client budgets and the company annual budget, developing dining facilities, and producing monthly and annual P&L reports.

• Proven experience of delivering excellent food standards.
• Hands-on Catering Manager leading a team.
• Ability to manage day-to-day catering operations and budgets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team in day-to-day production and service.
• Deliver both client and company budgets.
• Develop and implement staff dining and hospitality facilities.
• Prepare monthly and annual Profit & Loss reports.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies.
