Job summary

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to deliver high quality and consistent dishes
• Develop and implement menus and food strategies aligned with club objectives
• Manage stock, procurement, budgeting and cost control while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Lead, train and performance-manage kitchen staff to optimise performance and guest experience
