Job summary

The Venues Collection is seeking an inspiring Head Chef to lead the Sedgebrook Hall kitchen in Northampton, delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving sustainability. You’ll work with the General Manager and senior leaders to develop a passionate brigade and uphold the highest standards of food quality and hygiene in a busy, well-equipped kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high quality environments.
• Experience developing menus and leading a kitchen team.
• Solid food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM and senior leadership to drive sustainability goals.
