The Head Chef at Sedgebrook Hall, Northampton, leads the kitchen to deliver exceptional dining experiences while driving innovation and sustainability goals. You will mentor the kitchen brigade, maintain top food quality and hygiene standards, and work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications
