Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services in Belfast partners with a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy to recruit a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect. You will lead landscape projects across Ireland, collaborating with architecture, masterplanning, interior design and conservation teams.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership with CMLI or ILI.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Significant post-chartership leadership experience.
• Strong design capability across all project stages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience mentoring landscape architects.
• Strong technical knowledge and spec writing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit a plus.
• Good BIM understanding and collaborative digital design.
• Knowledge of Irish planning processes; education sector projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects from concept to site delivery.
• Manage multiple projects with quality, programme and budget controls.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Mentor junior staff and support chartership progression.
• Build client relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Prepare technical docs, specs and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
