Job summary

Lead Careers Ltd in Gloucestershire seeks a Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join a design-led practice. You will lead landscape projects across residential, education, public realm, and leisure sectors, collaborating with architects and urban designers from concept through to delivery.

With a team of over 100 across three UK studios, you'll mentor junior team members, help win future work, and enjoy hybrid working (up to two days from home) and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in landscape architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge and on-site delivery experience.
• Experience with landscape appraisals and LVIA.
• Experience across multiple sectors and project stages.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Business development skills to grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering landscape projects across a range of sectors.
• Working across all stages from concept through to delivery.
• Collaborating with architects, urban designers and wider project teams.
• Producing and overseeing design work, technical packages and reports.
• Getting involved in landscape planning work including appraisals and LVIA.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Contributing to client relationships and future work opportunities.
