Job summary

LEAD Careers is assisting a Cheshire-based independent landscape and environmental consultancy to recruit a Senior Landscape Architect. The role involves taking projects from concept through planning to detailed design and delivery, with strong client liaison and collaboration with ecology and engineering teams.

The position offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, ongoing professional development and exposure to diverse projects. 5+ years of experience and chartered status are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-graduate landscape architecture experience.
• Chartered or near Chartership.
• Experience with landscape and ecological designations.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects from concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery.
• Produce landscape designs, drawings and technical information.
• Prepare reports, appraisals and information for planning applications.
• Manage individual projects and workloads.
• Liaise directly with clients and other consultants.
• Work alongside ecology and engineering colleagues.
• Support junior members of the team where appropriate.
