About this role
The Global Change team supports Strategic, transformational and/or portfolio programs and initiatives across JET with a strong focus on the People Side of Change. As a team of Change Management experts, we work with an integrated approach with Project Management, People Communications and Talent & Learning to lead our people through changes with proven methodologies to optimise the success of our initiatives.
We co-create change strategies and plans covering stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training and adoption measurement. We partner with the business to execute and deliver these change management plans with the goal of maximising adoption and impact, ensuring we continuously improve how JETers experience change and transformation.
We are JET's internal Change Management consultants, fuelled by our JET Change Management capability - of which we continue to evolve and optimise.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Lead the development and implementation of global change management strategies for strategic initiatives, aligning them with business goals and applying best-practice methodologies.
Take ownership of change management tools and frameworks, ensuring consistent application across the organization and collaborating with project owners to leverage existing content.
Partner with Project and Portfolio Management, People Communications, and Talent & Learning to establish a unified approach for global projects, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
Design and deliver training, coaching, and adoption programs to support employees, managers, and leaders through transitions, driving stakeholder engagement through effective communication.
Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the success of change initiatives, continuously improving approaches and supporting senior stakeholders in building leadership capability to champion change.
Ensure consistent upskilling of the wider change team by mentoring and coaching other members of the team.
What will you bring to the table?
Proven ability to lead and execute complex, large-scale global change initiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills in English (written & spoken).
Strong stakeholder management abilities, including influencing, challenging, and persuading, while acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating organizational sensitivity.
Highly analytical and results-driven, with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making and problem-solving, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
Creative and adaptable, thriving in agile, evolving environments and seizing opportunities to generate new ideas.
