Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Central Monitoring to lead centralized monitoring across Jazz's sponsored clinical trials and to define KRIs, build analytics, and translate insights into monitoring changes at the site and study level.

You will partner with Trial Risk Management, Site Monitoring, Biostatistics, and Data Management, while coaching a team and advancing RBQM practices, including exploration of AI-enabled approaches to risk detection.

Qualifications

• Typically 8-10+ years of clinical research/clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Demonstrated expertise defining, operationalizing KRIs and translating data signals into monitoring decisions.
• Strong knowledge of ICH E6(R2/R3) and RBQM principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Central Monitoring function with data-driven oversight across Jazz's sponsored trials.
• Define, build and maintain KRIs and centralized analytics at study/site/CRA levels.
• Analyze data trends and determine when signals warrant changes in monitoring strategy.
