Job summary

The role emphasizes compliance with GCP and regulatory standards, with collaboration across Risk Surveillance Leads, Study Leaders, and Data Managers to enhance trial oversight and quality.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience in pharma or CRO.
• Minimum 3 years monitoring experience (central or site).
• Strong RBQM, centralized monitoring, KRIs, QTLs knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute centralized monitoring strategies to support trial oversight.
• Analyze clinical trial data to identify trends, risks, and signals.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to review outputs and investigate risks.
• Provide risk-based recommendations to improve trial quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and communicate monitoring findings to CTTs and field teams.
