Job summary

Home Instead is seeking CAREGivers to provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship in West Leicestershire and Market Bosworth, helping older adults stay independent at home.

No prior experience or qualifications are required as industry-leading training is provided; a part-time schedule with flexible hours (hourly pay £14.15–£15.15) awaits dedicated applicants who value companionship and reliability.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; full training provided.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes.
• Support daily activities and help maintain independence for older people.

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team inWest Leicestershire and Market Bosworthas a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you willprovide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
