Chaucer Syndicates Ltd., a leading Lloyd's insurer, is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to provide risk and capital analysis across its managed syndicates. You will deliver the SCR, support the internal model, and develop MI for senior management and regulators.

The role involves liaising with risk, business units and Lloyd's/PRA on regulatory capital and risk topics, with a hybrid office model and opportunities to influence capital strategy across global operations.

Qualificações

• Qualified or near-qualified actuary (IFoA).
• ERM / CERA examination pass or equivalent.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in production and delivery of SCR and economic capital for Chaucer managed syndicates.
• Run capital models to assess capital implications of business decisions.
• Develop management information and present model outputs to risk, governance and management groups.
• Support development and parameterisation of the Internal Model, including Igloo coding.
• Assist in validation of model outputs and keep Internal Model documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with Risk and business units to optimise risk-adjusted capital strategies.
