NHS Grampian invites applications for a senior role leading the CAMHS Psychology team in Aberdeenshire. The post combines direct clinical work with leadership, supervision and consultative responsibilities within a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Professional Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist, developing services, managing demand and growth, and contributing to regional CAMHS networks.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive post-qualification CAMHS experience is required.
• Experience in leadership, management of demand and capacity is advantageous.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Aberdeenshire CAMHS Psychology team and staff.
• Combine direct clinical work with leadership, supervision and consultative duties.
• Develop and grow the CAMHS Psychology service in the region.
• Maintain accountability through appraisal and audit processes.
