Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Lead C# Developer to join on a hybrid basis in the UK, with WFH options and a responsibility for a flagship desktop platform. You’ll lead three Agile teams, shaping architecture and delivering secure, scalable features for a high-traffic insurance system.

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, push technical excellence, and mentor engineers while enjoying a competitive package and 3 days remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise with C# .Net Core backend and large scalable systems.
• Strong technical leadership experience with feature ownership.
• Collaborative and pragmatic, able to influence senior engineers.
• Advocate for clean, reusable, maintainable code and best practices.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms.
• Understanding of CI/CD and IaC.
• Appreciation of Azure, SaaS, PaaS, microservices.
• Degree in a STEM field with strong mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead three Agile teams and architect, design and develop features for the desktop platform.
• Ensure security, reliability, maintainability, usability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and other teams to influence design and technical choices.
• Provide technical ownership in an Agile environment with close collaboration.
