Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Software Developer / Team Lead (C# .Net) in Bracknell with hybrid work from home. You will lead a squad across architecture, development, delivery and production operations while staying hands-on, owning system design, API choices and code quality.

The role emphasizes mentoring engineers, driving improvements and championing AI adoption across the lifecycle. You will influence roadmaps with Product Managers, support CI/CD processes, and work with AWS services.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership within a software engineering team.
• Backend development with C# .Net, OO languages considered.
• System design experience, distributed systems and microservices.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React or modern Angular.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Production experience with AWS services (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda).
• Experience owning CI/CD and release processes (GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with agentic tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Squad across architecture, development, delivery and production operations while remaining hands-on.
• Own system architecture, API design, technical decisions and code quality.
• Mentor engineers, run 1-2-1s and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmaps, delivery plans and priorities.
• Champion AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.
