Job summary

Technify Talent Limited is seeking a Business Applications & Systems Manager to own a portfolio of critical business applications, ensuring stability, performance and ongoing development. You will translate operational needs into technical solutions, improve processes, and deliver real business value through hands-on troubleshooting and application management.

Qualifications

Experience supporting, administering or configuring business-critical applications.
Good understanding of application architecture, databases and system integrations.
Experience managing system changes, incidents and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of key business applications, ensuring reliability and security.
Manage system upgrades, patches, changes and ongoing maintenance.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, functionality and operational efficiency.
Investigate complex issues and lead root-cause analysis.
Translate business needs into technical specs and streamline processes.
Oversee data integrity, imports/exports and data cleansing activities.
Coordinate integrations between applications, databases and external platforms.
