Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to deliver high‑quality analysis across a wide range of projects, establishing standards, templates and output assurance. You will ensure consistency, traceability and alignment with the Government's Digital and Data Profession Capability frameworks, and produce reusable artefacts.

As a mentor and leader, you will guide a team of Analysts, collaborate with governance boards and third‑party suppliers, manage dependencies, and maintain standards

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple projects with consistency and traceability.
• Collaborate with governance boards, committees and design authorities.
