Qualifications

- Experience translating complex business problems into clear requirements and user stories
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business problems
- Proven ability to mentor and coach other analysts and support capability building
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and identify AI use cases
- Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, processes and practical agentic AI solutions
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape, refine and deliver AI-enabled solutions
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support change, adoption and transition to business-as-usual, mentoring colleagues as needed
- Provide leadership and coaching to other business analysts and contributing to capability development
