Job summary

Reply seeks a highly capable business analyst lead to own business analysis across projects delivering Google Cloud-based and AI solutions for various sectors. You will collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, presenting to senior client stakeholders and steering delivery teams.

You will shape discovery, define requirements and operating models, manage epics and backlogs, and drive Agile delivery while mentoring junior analysts and aligning with SMEs.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and user research within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in complex settings with strong project discipline.
• Experience collaborating with public and private sector organisations to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate with a wide range of personalities.
• Growth mindset with ongoing learning for business and self-improvement.
• Comfort discussing technical requirements with engineering/product teams.
• Proven track record with BA methodologies and adaptable approaches.
• Eligibility for UK Government SC-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements definition and development of business processes and operating models.
• Shape and own delivery plans and maintain discipline using Agile methods to define epics, user stories and backlogs.
• Prepare and conduct interviews, run workshops and design innovative communication methods for effective business change.
• Collaborate with project members on cloud technology and data projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis.
• Lead client stakeholder engagement at all levels and liaise with subject matter experts.
• Own communications with client contacts and keep stakeholders informed.
