Overview
The Operational Excellence team seeks a Lead Business Analyst to ensure safe outcomes for our customer control environment by consistently assuring our controls and applying a problem-solving mindset to risks and issues during business operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, risk mitigation, controls implementation and adherence, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Role
• Demonstrate understanding of Payment Platforms & applications to perform analysis and testing
• Use application knowledge to gather pertinent information and recommend improvements to our controls environment
• Identify, influence, and facilitate outcomes internally and externally by shaping responses to control failures and driving solution delivery or engaging relevant resources to expedite resolution
Example
In this role, you will:
• Partner with internal teams to identify and address control gaps, solve problems, and implement solutions
• Seek opportunities to improve workflows and participate in departmental initiatives
• Collaborate with 1st Line of Defense (LOD) in Risk Control Self Assessments to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of controls within critical processes
All About You
• Have an intermediate understanding of SOC 2 / ISAE3000/ PCI control frameworks
• Be aware of Platform Product Management, focusing on compliance and controls to support scalability, integration, and user experience
• Be able to influence and facilitate outcomes by shaping responses to control weaknesses and coordinating mitigation efforts
