Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Performance team in a hybrid Lincoln/Huntingdon role. The role involves leading requirements activities, producing artefacts, and ensuring traceability across the project lifecycle.

The candidate will map AS-IS/TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0, engage stakeholders, validate both functional and non-functional requirements, and support testing and delivery with a structured approach.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in structured or Waterfall delivery with detailed upfront requirements documentation.
• Experience eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting detailed upfront requirements with artefacts.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with structure in ambiguous projects.
• Experience mapping processes using BPMN 2.0.

You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders, understanding business problems, analysing processes, shaping requirements, and supporting delivery teams to design and validate solutions that meet real business needs.**What you'll be doing**As a Business Analyst, you'll support the successful delivery of projects through the capture, analysis and management of business and technical requirements.
