To support this, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Performance team. We’re looking for a structured, detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bring clarity, challenge, and insight to complex pieces of work. You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders, understanding business problems, analysing processes, shaping requirements, and supporting delivery teams to design and validate solutions that meet real business needs.
As a Business Analyst, you'll support the successful delivery of projects through the capture, analysis and management of business and technical requirements. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll ensure solutions are aligned to business needs and provide clear direction throughout delivery.
