Job summary

West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking an experienced Registered Building Control Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of the Building Control service. You will act as the council's principal technical adviser, shaping policy and service delivery in collaboration with senior leaders and the Building Safety Regulator.
