Job summary

wed2b is opening a new large-format bridalwear store in Royal Victoria Dock, near ExCeL London. We seek a confident Store Supervisor to lead a small team and drive exceptional customer experiences, sales, and operational standards.

You will be responsible for running shifts, coaching colleagues, and delivering KPI targets while maintaining a premium in-store atmosphere. 30 hours per week at £14.46 per hour (London Weighting already included) for a customer-focused, results-driven professional.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a high performing, target driven team
• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations during supervisory and keyholding shifts
• Drive store performance through smart decision making and leadership
• Monitor KPIs: Sales, Conversion, UPT, APV, Accessories and Appointments
• Create a warm, luxury in-store experience for every customer
• Stock and Compliance Management and store operations
• Demonstrate strong leadership and store level accountability
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and maximise performance
• Maintain the store to the highest standard and respond to challenges
