Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and critical environment projects across London and the South East. You will own projects from handover to completion, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong BMS/HVAC knowledge, subcontractor and programme management, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and project finances.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from award to completion.
• Oversee project costs, programmes, resources and subcontractors.
• Attend client and site progress meetings.
• Manage procurement, technical submissions and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
