Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead high-profile commercial, healthcare, education and critical environment projects across London and the South East. You will own projects from handover to completion, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires strong BMS/HVAC knowledge, subcontractor and programme management, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for site visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

You'll take full ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
