Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group, a leading MEP/Building Services contractor, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to own BIM delivery for London-based projects. You will lead BIM Coordinators, drive Revit and Navisworks coordination, and work with design, engineering and site teams to ensure coordinated, buildable models.

Candidates should have strong MEP coordination experience, Revit/Navisworks expertise, and knowledge of ISO 19650 and digital construction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading BIM delivery on large MEP projects.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks coordination skills.
• Experience with ISO 19650 and digital construction.
• Ability to lead and influence across design, engineering and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery across multiple MEP projects in London.
• Manage BIM Coordinators and support the wider BIM team.
• Drive coordination and clash detection in Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, public health and specialist services.
• Work with consultants, designers and project teams.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans and project information requirements.
• Ensure models are coordinated, accurate and buildable.
• Support projects through construction and digital handover.
• Develop BIM standards and processes across the business.
