Position: Lead BI Analyst - Financial Services (no prior experience in FS needed) - Hybrid Working (1 day onsite) - Birmingham - Growing Business - Leadership - New Tech - £60-70k plus a great benefits package

This role is ideal for someone currently in a senior capacity, potentially leading a small team or mentoring less experienced analysts, and ready to step into a hands-on leadership role.

The goal is to bring in someone with expertise in BI solutions, including scoping and developing solutions in Power BI, SQL, Azure, and the ability to lead 5 analysts. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and the business to deliver meaningful data and BI solutions that support decision-making. The environment is agile, requiring good analytical skills and the ability to produce data models.

This is a great opportunity for someone prepared to take on a leadership role and eager to learn tools such as Snowflake and other modern engineering tools. While you will work closely with engineers, your primary focus will be on data analysis and reporting solutions.

The office is based in South Birmingham, and you will need to be in the office one day per week.
