Job summary

Green & Fortune is recruiting a Head Bartender for Bartholomew’s at London Museum, opening in Smithfield. You’ll lead the day-to-day bar operation, set service standards, and shape a welcoming, high-spirited venue that becomes part of London’s daily life.

You’ll manage a high-volume bar with a focus on outstanding cocktails, staff development, and exceptional guest experiences, collaborating with museum teams and the Bar General Manager to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a premium, high-volume bar with strong cocktail knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership style that inspires teams during busy service.
• Strong commercial and operational awareness with experience managing stock and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day bar operation, setting service standards and guest experience.
• Support the General Manager in building and coaching a high-performing team.
• Execute the bar offer with consistency across drinks, menus, and supplier relationships.
• Take ownership of bar stock, cost controls and product performance to deliver results.
• Collaborate with the wider restaurant and museum teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
