Permanently Unique's Tattu Manchester venue is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a high-energy team in a permanent, full-time role. You will inspire staff, deliver an immersive cocktail-focused guest experience, and ensure smooth service during peak hours across a 30-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-energy hospitality team to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Inspire and train colleagues to uphold service standards during busy periods.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages to tailor guest experiences.
• Monitor operations, ensuring smooth service, quality control and safety.
• Coach junior team members and develop their skills for progression.
