Job summary

Permanently Unique is seeking a driven hospitality leader for Fenix Manchester to guide a busy cocktail-focused team through high-volume service and a rewarding guest experience. You will inspire staff, demonstrate extensive cocktail knowledge, and stay ahead of trends while coaching junior members.

The role is full-time at Fenix Manchester, with salary around £40,000 per year and access to the group’s health, wellness, and staff perks.
