Job summary

Tattu Canary Wharf is launching in November 2026 and recruiting a unique team to deliver exceptional experiences to guests. Training begins on 19 October 2026, with a starting rate of £18.71 per hour inclusive of tronc; during the two-week pre-opening training period the rate is 50% of that amount.

Tattu Canary Wharf is setting sail in November 2026! We are looking for our unique team to join us in our latest opening to bring exceptional experiences to Canary Wharf. Training will begin on 19 October 2026.

Rates of pay is £18.71 per hour inclusive of tronc. During the 2 week pre opening training period, tronc rate will be 50%.

• All bartenders will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
