Job summary

Fenix Restaurants is opening a brand new venue in Manchester and seeks a strong leader to drive a high-performing team. You will guide staff to deliver an immersive drinks experience and maintain exceptional guest service throughout busy service periods.

Bring expert knowledge of cocktails, trends, and guest preferences, and coach junior teammates to raise standards, while ensuring the brand vision is realized across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends.
• Experience delivering high-volume service with guest focus.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff and create a learning culture.
