MR PORTER London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced Mayfair bar setting. You will craft cocktails, manage inventory, and drive exceptional guest experiences aligned with The Entourage Group brand.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender, strong mixology and spirits knowledge, and leadership ability to inspire a team while maintaining the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
• Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MR PORTER's brand identity.
• Leadership skills to inspire a team of talented bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, other staff members, and management.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
