Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a trained Barista to join our team in the coffee bar. You will prepare hot beverages to a consistently high standard, rotate food items, and maintain a clean, well-stocked counter throughout busy shifts.

We value customer-focused service and offer extensive training, career development, and a wide benefits package. Prior barista experience and relevant certificates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates required.
• Skillsoft COSHH modules completed.
• Barista Level 2 certificate.
• SCAE Entry Level certification.
• Two years service experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot beverages to the required standards.
• Ensure suitable food items are available and rotated throughout the day.
• Keep the coffee bar clean, tidy and well stocked at all times.
• Organise time and systems to ensure high service standards.
• Manage the queue and keep customers engaged during service.
