GAIL's Bakery in the UK is seeking a Head Baker who is passionate about training and developing others, taking charge and being a positive role model. You will lead by example to deliver our fresh bread and cakes to high standards while upholding food safety.

Head bakers start early, typically around 5:30am–6:30am, and you will prove and bake items for displays, ensuring you know our products and recipes inside out. Strong leadership and great execution are highly valued.
