Job summary

Ciertie is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to shape enterprise systems across backend services, integrations, and AI-driven development. You will own architecture while writing production-grade code and mentoring squads in Python and C#.

You will drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and data modeling, collaborating with Product and QA to deliver scalable platforms for growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven lead/senior engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Python and/or .NET.
• Backend, APIs, and integrations expertise.
• Experience with ERP integrations, ideally Dynamics 365.
• Strong SQL and data modelling.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of backend services and integration platforms.
• Own architecture across Dynamics 365, internal systems, and third-party SaaS apps.
• Write production-grade code and set engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers across Python and .NET ecosystems.
• Drive code quality, tests, CI/CD and technical delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Champion practical use of AI tooling to improve velocity and quality.
• Make key architectural decisions to support growth and operations.
