ALFA TECHNOLOGY RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a world-class engineer to own and build the foundations for a global agentic marketplace. You’ll think in systems, design scalable architectures, and ensure reliability across millions of users.

The role emphasizes AI-native practices, TypeScript strength, and rapid problem-solving within a hybrid London-based team. The stack includes TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, AWS, and Claude Code, with a focus on observability, contracts, and speed.

Formación

• UK right to work is required.
• Architected real systems end to end and ran them in production.
• Strong in TypeScript and productive across problems within days.
• Willingness to lead or work in UK property or utilities is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the platform that runs home life and connects households, properties, partners and suppliers.
• Design state machines and contracts between domains, data, queues and infra.
• Build fast and reliable systems with sub-second reads for live voice.
• Ship observability, rehearse rollbacks and apply small daily production changes.
• Move live systems to a modern stack without dropping anything.
• Enable agents as first-class customers with read/write access and audit trails.
