Aquent is seeking a senior technical leader to drive enterprise automation and AI initiatives in Worthing, UK. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, set architectural standards, and mentor engineers while embedding strong governance, security, and Responsible AI practices.

This role requires collaboration with analysts, architects, and external suppliers to deliver scalable automation across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mastery of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and RPA tooling.
• Strong ALM, CI/CD, multi-environment deployment and git source control.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle delivery for complex automations across multi-system environments and APIs.
• Design agentic AI solutions with Responsible AI controls, grounding, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop escalation.
