Job summary

ONE HIRING UK&I in London is seeking an Associate Director for Transaction Services to own financial deal advisory engagements and help shape the practice’s growth. You will lead due diligence from scoping to completion and act as a trusted adviser to clients throughout the deal process.

The role requires strong experience in Transaction Services, leadership of project teams and excellent communication skills, with a clear route to senior leadership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong Transaction Services, Due Diligence or Deals Advisory experience.
• Proven track record in managing client engagements and project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report writing skills.
• Commercial judgement and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements end to end from scoping to completion.
• Serve as trusted adviser to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Own the quality of reports and client deliverables for clarity and insight.
• Identify key commercial and financial risks and value drivers.
• Contribute to business development and win new mandates.
• Coach and develop a growing team of junior professionals.
