Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Associate Director in the Birmingham area to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements and own client relationships. The role offers senior sponsorship and room to progress to Director within a collaborative, hybrid culture.

You will develop opportunities, drive proposals with Partners, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality advisory work to private equity investors and corporate clients.

Formación

• Experience as a Transaction Services Associate Director or Senior Manager at that level.
• Strong buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence experience and leadership.
• Proven ability to generate new business and win mandates.
• Commercial judgement to translate financial analysis into investment advice.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare or technology preferred.
• Ambition to progress to Director with ownership of client relationships and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with clear, commercially relevant advice.
• Own delivery and client relationships, serving as trusted contact throughout the transaction.
• Grow the practice by developing client/intermediary relationships and leading proposals with Partners to win mandates.
• Lead and develop colleagues, providing support to progress within the advisory team.
