45 Park Lane & Mayfair Park Residences in London is seeking an Assistant Chief Engineer to lead engineering excellence in a luxury, award-winning setting. You will oversee maintenance, safety compliance, and run a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role partners with the Area Director of Engineering to recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, manage costs, and continuously improve practices to ensure 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering maintenance complies with legislation and safety standards; lead the team to deliver top guest experiences.
• Manage operational costs and drive improvements in guest satisfaction and 24/7 engineering service.
• Support recruitment, mentorship and wellbeing across the engineering team.
