Astute is recruiting a Lead Asset Manager for its Renewables team, based in Milton Keynes with some UK travel. The role offers up to £52k DOE plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operational, commercial, contractual and financial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets across the UK.

Astute's Renewables team is partnered with an established renewable energy business operating across the UK and Ireland to recruit a Lead Asset Manager based in Milton Keynes, with some UK travel required. The Lead Asset Manager role offers a salary up to 52k depending on experience, along with private healthcare, life assurance, pension, flexible working, and a discretionary performance bonus. Responsibilities and duties of the Lead Asset Manager role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager you will:

• Lead the operational, commercial, contractual and financial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar assets across the UK.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage and optimise asset performance, monitoring KPIs, identifying trends and risks, and implementing corrective actions to maximise asset value and minimise downtime.
